Ready to take your first step into one of the world’s most dynamic industries? We are now recruiting for MFT Energy’s Graduate Program 2025. Over two years, you will experience three rotations, including opportunities abroad, as you build a foundation in Trading Analytics, Technology, Finance, Quantitative Risk, or Legal. Our program is tailored to your ambitions and skills, combining hands-on experience with personalized development. You’ll gain specialized knowledge, cross-departmental insights, and mentorship to prepare you for a permanent position in your chosen track.
